Quotations & Orders

Installation & Service

Installation, AMC, calibration, repair, and preventive maintenance services are governed by the specific terms agreed upon in the corresponding service agreement or purchase order, which take precedence over these general terms in case of conflict.

Warranty

Equipment warranty terms are as specified by the respective manufacturer (Innovation Meditech, BPL, METSL, Nidek, Clarity, or Foremost) and are honored subject to proper usage and adherence to recommended maintenance schedules.

Limitation of Liability

Meddway Health Care is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from equipment downtime, delayed service visits due to circumstances beyond our control, or misuse of equipment outside manufacturer guidelines.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Erode, Tamil Nadu having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
